The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Kudos Ethos Karma (“KEK”) website (“website”) and any purchase you make using the website. In using the website, you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions that follow.

All personal information provided by visitors to the website is treated confidentially by KEK and is not shared with any third parties who are not part of the ordering, fulfilment, delivery and/or payment procedures. We are committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.

All intellectual property with respect to all content and merchandise provided on the website, including any copyright works, trademarks, designs, or artwork remains the property of KEK, its licensors, advertisers or content suppliers. In no event are you permitted to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce or use any such material without the prior written consent of KEK.
The website content including, all site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements is protected by law including, but not limited to, copyright law.
Product and pricing information:
Every effort is made to represent our products as accurately as possible. We do not, however, warrant that merchandise descriptions or other website content is free from error, complete, reliable, or current. Products displayed may be discontinued, out of stock, and prices subject to change. KEK is not responsible for typographical errors regarding merchandise descriptions, price or any other matter. In the event that an item purchased from KEK is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us for a refund.
Orders:
All orders are subject to discretionary acceptance by KEK. Orders cannot be cancelled or varied by you once accepted by KEK. Unless prior arrangement and agreement has been made, commercial quantities of our merchandise is not authorized.
Cancellations:
Occasionally an item sells out and your order may need to be cancelled. On such occasions, we will notify you by email and your account will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed and appear in your account.
Security:
We discharge any responsibility in the case that someone misuses or gains unauthorized access to the account login you use for the website.
You are responsible for arranging full insurance cover for merchandise that you own which is stored on KEK premises.
