Returns / Exchanges

Returns Policy

 If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

 You must email customer service at connect@kudosethoskarma.com within 15 days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Send us an email with “Request a Return” in the subject line and include the order number in the text together with a brief description of the issue. We will then guide you through the returns process.

 All return items must be unworn, unwashed with all accompanying tags, undamaged, and put back in their original packaging if possible. Returned items deemed as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted.

 Once returns are received, your replacement item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Kudos Ethos Karma will not be held responsible for any packages lost in return transit.

Sale Items: 
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are final sale and not eligible for refund.
 

Damaged/defective goods:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the item to connect@kudosethoskarma.com. If the item is in stock, we will immediately send out a replacement.

Incorrect order:
If we happen to mess up on the item(s) sent out, please contact us at connect@kudosethoskarma.com and will correct the mistake. If the correct item(s) is/are in stock, we will immediately send out a rectified order.

Refunds: 
Refunds will be made through the original method of payment. Funds will be placed back onto the credit card or account that placed the order. Cash refunds are not arranged. Return parcels may take weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you a notification email once the refund is on its way. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
