MANIFESTO

[man-i-fes-toh] noun

A declaration of the principles, objectives, goals or motives, of the issuing individual, group or organization.  

What we represent, the aspirations and desires we strive for, are uniquely and proudly espoused in the three declarations that we have penned. Individually, they focus on each word of our namesake – ‘Kudos’, ‘Ethos’ and ‘Karma’ -- and broadly outline our wholistic, and ultimately optimistic, view of the true potential that lays at the soul of humanity as a collective.

The goals we have are ultimately bigger than ourselves, they represent a possible future, a possible world that has gone beyond mere superfluous material concerns, one that has elevated itself to a consciousness that is inclusive, sustainable and responsible in the manner it attends to the needs of future generations and the totality of species on the planet. That it respects cultural difference, tradition, and the values and strengths that spring from these.

Progress is only possible when we are informed, inspired and challenged – and then, only if we decide to act purposefully. Without truth we are lost, without inspiration we lack hope and without challenges we do not grow. The manifestos are foundations – starting points. The work we put in for the struggles necessary to achieve a better world will be our legacy to the shared collective.

In a world of such great inequality and injustice, complacency is not a moral option; it is merely an act of ignorance, apathy or cowardice.
