Shipping Information

Shipping costs:
All orders over AUD$100 are shipped free – both domestically and internationally.
Domestic Shipping – $6 flat rate
International Shipping – location dependent; estimate $15

International shipping:
Please note that your country may impose levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase. We are not responsible for any such charges. Further, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Kudos Ethos Karma makes every effort to reduce the chance of duties and sales taxes being charged by customs agencies. Our packaging, labelling and documentation are designed accordingly. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are in place, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur.

Order processing:
When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Unless an item is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are processed within 24-48 hours during the business week.

Delivery times:
Domestic orders will arrive between 1-7 days after they ship.
International orders can take 25-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs.
